At NEXTRA ENERGY, we represent a consortium of forward-thinking investors, tier 1 equipment providers, committed to accelerating Australia’s transition to clean energy. Our focus is on acquiring and developing high-potential renewable energy assets across wind, solar photovoltaic (PV), and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). We target 300MW-scale projects in key states including Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia, prioritising assets positioned for long-term performance, scalability, and strategic impact.
We take a disciplined, risk-aware approach to renewable investment. NEXTRA ENERGY prioritises projects with secured permits, confirmed grid connections, and established Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) to minimise execution risk and accelerate deployment timelines. Our investment rationale centres on delivering stable, long-term returns through energy arbitrage, grid services, and seamless renewable integration. By incorporating advanced BESS solutions, we address intermittency challenges while strengthening grid reliability and supporting Australia’s energy transition.
Through exclusive rights and priority fulfilment agreements with leading suppliers, NEXTRA ENERGY maintains a competitive advantage in procurement and delivery timelines. These partnerships allow us to bypass common supply chain delays and maintain certainty in dynamic market conditions. We also invest in research and development initiatives to advance energy storage technologies, enhancing system capacity, efficiency, and accessibility.
Our current acquisition target is 300MW of combined Solar and BESS assets, with financial close anticipated within 6–12 months and operational deployment projected for 2027–2028. We collaborate closely with technical experts for due diligence and project sourcing to ensure every investment meets our performance and risk standards.
